If ever you did tech support as a part of your job, was on some forum trying to help it’s members who have problems, or one of your friends who are not so technically inclined, you are bound to have come accross at least one case of PEBKAC.
They are the worst nightmare any tech support. It’s pain staking to resolve. You feel like you are trying to explain to a brick wall, you never took up tech support. You must be wondering what’s PEBKAC it is so frustrating to handle. It’s because the problem lies in the person you are trying to help.
