Western Province

Colombo District is Sri Lanka's most densely populated district and the country's commercial hub, centred on the port city of Colombo.

Gampaha District borders Colombo to the north and is one of Sri Lanka's most industrialised districts, home to the Bandaranaike International Airport.

Kalutara District stretches along the south-western coast and is known for its rubber plantations, pristine beaches, and the Kalutara Bodhiya shrine.
