Heliamphora

Heliamphora is a genus of carnivorous pitcher plants native to South America. The plants lure insects into their deadly pitchers with their vivid pigmentation, sweet scent, and a spoon-like appendage suspended above the tube that secretes nectar. David Herbert "D.H." Lawrence

Lawrence was an English writer whose works condemned industrial society and explored sexuality, often drawing on his own life for inspiration. Now noted for their intensity and erotic sensuality, several of his works, including Lady Chatterley's Lover, were banned as obscene.
